Best Contact lenses for Dry eyes?

I understand that contacts and dry eyes dont mix. However for sports and the odd night out, I still like to use contacts. I have been using Acuvue Oasys from Johnson and Johnson. However they rarely remain bearable for more than a couple of hours.

I just thought I would try a thread on people's experiences wearing contacts with dry eyes. A Dr recently suggested that I should be using dailies (oasys are 2 weekly contacts), however I have never found any dailies that are tolerable.

Any ideas?

my eye doc gave me a trial pair of cooper vision proclear. You might like to check those out. They're specifically formulated for dry eye.

I have worn ProClear, Biomedics XC , and Extreme H2O successfully, with the first two giving the most crisp vision.
