Help needed for elderly neighbour

She is having terrible problems with excessive watering as her `channels` are too narrow, she tells me. She says she can have an operation without a guarantee of success. Can anyone direct me to somewhere on this site where this problem and options is discussed please thanks.

Good for you for looking out for your neighbor. It would be a real service for you to read up about the risks of DCR surgery and checking out possible alternatives so she doesn't find herself in worse shape from a treatment than she is now.
