Can we swim?

Hi all,
I just wondered if anyone with Bleph/MD/Dry Eyes has been swimming and how they find it?
My Dry eye symptoms are not really under control & although I would love to go for a dip in the pool im too afraid of exasperating my condition I miss my pre dry eye life.

Use swim goggles if you want to make sure you don't upset your eyes. Lucy

I second the swim goggles. My eyes get extremely irritated in our pool otherwise. We even built the pool with a special "non-red-eye" system which still irritated my eyes. Thank goodness for goggles!

Swimming

we can swim. In the pool I am fine but in salt water I require goggles.
