Rebound Redness Treatment!!

Anyone out there had any success with treating rebound redness from Vasoconstrictor "get the red out" drops overuse?

What's the best method to go about tackling inflammation of the sclera? Restasis? Scleral Lenses?

I've tried OTC's, TranquilEyes, Hot Compress and Omega3, so far no dice.

Any help regarding this would be great.
