RohtoV???

Has anyone heard of RohtoV? I think it's new. It's supposed to be a "cooling lubricant/redness reliever". I know redness is the least of our problems, but it would be nice to have white eyes again. Plus the "cooling" part sounds intriguing. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the quick answer. I won't use it now.
For us medically challenged people though, can you explain what you said (why we shouldn't use it) in simplier terms though? I don't quite understand what it does and why it affects us differently.
