N-Acetyl Cysteine

I have heard some rumors about N-Acetyl Cysteine (Acetylcysteine) being very helpful for some with dry eye so I put in an order for some today. I believe this one has been talked about before, anybody have any recent good experience with this stuff?

aaron, if you put 'acetylcysteine' in the search on this site you will find posts about it. I think ringo has posted recently about her success with it
