Biotin- Does it help?

Anyone out there who takes biotin notice any change in their dry eye/bleph/clogged oil glands? I know this stuff helps hair out, but was wondering if it has a positive effect on our eyes at all.

My rheumatologist has me taking Biotin for hair problems. I'm taking cancer and autoimmune drugs which have made a mess of my hair. I have not been very good at taking it, so don't know iif it will help my hair. I can say that I've not had any results like more tears, less dryness etc.
