eyelashes falling out? how can i stop this?

please help - i've been diagnosed with posterior blepharitis, mgd and ocular allergies - now my eyelashes are falling out - what can i do to stop this - and what is causing them to fall out? is it inflammation? if so i'll cash the prescription for FML (steroid) eyedrops asap!

need advice - red sore dry watery eyes are enough to cope with - but now my eyelashes - 5-6 a day are falling out - help!

Don't know why they fall out, I just think it's all part of blepharitis. I had several of mine fall out, only from my right lower lid (wierd). When I started to get the blepharitis back under some sort of control they grew back again.

A key thing as I have bleph is to keep the lashes clean. The crust that are on the lashes I think also make them fall off. I use thera tear lid scrub the foam. I had tried the wipes and baby shampoo but it did not work as well.
