Hello,
So, I went to a new dr. today and he said in addition to dry eye I have ocular rosacea. I was surprised since I do not have facial rosacea. Any advice, input from anyone with ocular rosacea would be great! Also, this is my new eye care routine. It seems like a lot!
-warm compresses 2x daily
-lid scrub 2x daily
-6 Thorne Fish Nutrition pills a day. Has anyone tried these?
-Oasis drops 3x a day or more
-Restasis 2x daily
-Azasite once daily
-Pataday once daily This is new to me, has anyone tried this?
-Sochlor once daily This is also new to me, has anyone this this?
I have been battling this dry eye issue for a while and it is so frustrating. I would appreciate any input from anyone about Pataday, Sochlor, the Thorne fish pills, or ocular rosacea. How do you get ocular rosacea under control? My goal is to be pain free and wearing contacts again!
