Blephoritis

I have slighly blurring vision (slight double vission) on really small characters... trying to figure out if it is dry eyes, blephoritis or I need glasses.

Have you read Dr Latkany's book?

He has a test for Dry Eye as a cause of dodgy vision which just involves eye drops and the eye chart in his book.
My vision is affected by my blepharitis for sure.
