  • cyclosporine for ocular rosacea

i know some people have had improvement with restasis for their ocular rosacea, but has anyone tried a higher dosage of cyclosporine for ocular rosacea? since it it meant to reduce inflammation i am thinking a higher dosage than what is in restasis would help?

i was on restasis for about 8 months and didn't notice much of a difference...just wondering if a higher dosage might have helped more.

does anyone have any thoughts or comments about this?

Some have had success with .1% cyclosporine. This can be compounded specially from Leiter's in San Jose but you need a prescription. They ship so that is not a worry. Also, I have heard that using restasis 4x a day has helped some people as well.

    Good Luck.
