can MGD get worse even while treated?

do some of you notice that you MGD gets worse at times and better at others ? even when you are following the same RX routine, warm compress, massage, prescriptions?? I just had my gland unclogged about 10 days ago and I swear my one eye is already plugging up..even with daily heat and massage.. and Ocusoft wipes..what gives??

That's certainly my experience Jenny.

When things get bad, I ask myself why. When they improve a little, I also wonder why. It's certainly not all in my mind!
