  • Intolerance of artificial light

    Hi.

Do you know someone with blepharitis who has extreme intolerance of artificial light (especial electric bulb) ?

I have MGD with posterior Blepharitis and have sensitivity to artificial light. My eyes get extremely red in malls, doctors offices and any place using florescent lighting. I wear some sort of tinted glasses at all times when I'm these places.

I have big problems with blinking. If I look in electric bulb 4-5 seconds only then I can't blink 15 days.I have to keep my eyes closed and I am not capable to do anything in those 15 days.Doctors don't understand me and they even don't believe me.
I want to know what is wrong with my eyes ?

If you have an intolerance with light, maybe you have punctual keratite ? Only a doctor can tell you what's wrong with yours eyes. You must go to see another doc if the thirst told you anything. ASAP.
