There is unfortunately no way to treat the veins in your eyes. They are permanent. The drops that reduce veiny or red eyes are very dangerous and cause your eyes to look more and more red with every use because they slowly damage your eye's blood supply. There is also no surgery that is effective in removing the veins. The one that exists in the US has a complication rate of over 80% and shouldn't even be legal.
