It hy lids?

When my eyes are really bad, the inside corners and especially the upper inside corner nearest ny noseof my eyelid gets really puffy and scaly I know that the gels and drops I use end up there, so I've just assumed that they are irritating the skin, it becomes very itchy. Does anyone else notice this? It's almost like I have eczema of my eye lid, just one more issue.

I notice that the cornors of my eyes often feel the worse. Then under the eyelid. But I would not say they look redder than any where else,
