near infrared to check the glands?

I was doing research on near infrared and it can make the meibomian glands visible. Is there one specifically made for checking the glands that I can buy?

This site shows how visible they can become with near infrared.

Yea you can buy an infra red LED (cost less than $1) and use a digital camera which can 'see' infra red. Or just a red LED and the lights off in front of a mirror works pretty well. Here are some pics i took of my own with a infra red LED
