NAC- N-acetylcysteine--anyone still using for MGD?

i used to use this supplement... and then i stopped.. i think it may have helped with my MGD or it may be that my MGD has just gotten worse.. i was curious if anyone was using it and if it helped their glands?? thanks!

Just restarted taking it this week for first flare up I have had in a year or so...Supposedly studies are out there that say this works.
