Root canal causes

Hello everyone i suffers from blepharitis due to seborrea or allergy all doctors say different, anyway i start feel these symptoms when i was young around 16 years old after i had 3 root fillings in gutta percha, with a sealer outside. Since no one in my family have problems with theses conditions i think this could be a possible root to my problem since there is some studies made about negative effects from root canals?

Is there anyone that have root canals or any experience about this?

Sorry to hear of your experience. I have not has a similar experience. I was told by my naturopathic doctor that in performing a root canal it can be very difficult for the dentist to remove all of the decay. Because the nerve is removed, a person is likely not to feel the effect of any remaining infection. The naturopath says that remaining bacteria could pose problems throughout the body.

Have you tried going on an antibiotic? If your symptoms are from remaining bacteria, I would think that they would improve on an antibiotic. Do you have any swelling around the root canals? I believe that the external sealers wear off after several months.

It might be worth visiting a dentist with experience in this area.

thanks for the answer, exactly as you say there is a possibility for this. But the big problem with this is that the thory behind is very controversial, so the most of the dentist where i live(Sweden) say that there is no possibility that my problem occurs fromt the teeth, and the next problem is that im available to extract the tooth but the alternatives with titanium and so on is not either a good choice even if the root canal could be the worst alternative. So i dont have a clue if i should go further with this or just lite it go?

I don't know if it would help, but in October I had my root canal teeth extracted because of a dentigerous cyst. 7 days later, I was reading a novel and started feeling a burning sensation in my eyes next to the Plica Semilunaris, I look in the mirror and see that this part is red and looked irritated. 5 days after that my eyes started hurting while I was watching TV and I also noticed that my pupils weren't of equal size anymore, especially when they are dilated.

Now 4 months after all that I find out I have Blepharitis.
