So I had another consultation with a diff opth who said i have slight bleph, my tear film is fine and not to worry, but i have MG disease so will need to do compresses to help my eyes. I havent used any compresses since i use fucithalmic and some lube which seems to help and am on a course of doxy. Do I still need to do the compresses or only when and if needed? Also, I think accutane or a sinus infection caused this problem. Also if doxy makes the eyes feel more dry, should i stop taking it? I dont think it will dry my eyes any further, but help my oil glands?
