Have had an inflamed top right eyelid for a while now (worse inflammation than usual) and I'm at a loss for what to do, it looks theres 2 swollen/ prominent glands on the eyelid probably blocked, I had intraductal probing done and the dr said they all have a layer of skin over them.. is there anything I can do to reduce the swelling which makes the dry eye 10x worse?
