can certain drops make mgd worse or clog the glands?? please help

My glands were more clogged at my last eye apt... more so in my one eye ihad been using more drops in ( but this eye is drier as well)... anyway, i have been using Bion tears and tear naturalle that have the ingredients of :

Dextran 70.01%, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose 2910 0.3% Is it possible drops can cause the Meibomian glands to clog? i also tried Blink in a bottle.... not the gel type.. i had always heard ointments and gels can block the glands?

These drops do leave a bit of residue on my lashes... coudl that be bad?

i postd this but no one has replied... I really like the bion tears-i wouldnt think Dextran 70.01%, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose 2910 0.3% would clog my glands?

Do GEL Tears clog the glands????

In my opinion certain drops can definetly clog the gland orifices..as when i have used very viscous drops i noticed white stuff on my lid margins and then i get small bumps on the lids.
