How it possible that by expressing glands twice a day and using steroid drops that my glands still clog up completely every day!!!! how can there possibly be that much inflammation!

nobody seems to be able to tell why this happens in some cases.
in my case i'm told that the probable cause is a lowered blink rate due to refraction surgery i had in 2005,but again it is only a guess. nobody is really sure about it though.
i'm on doxy now. it's the first thing in years that really helps to keep the glands open.
