Eyelid margins feel paralyzed or under attack

I have blepharitis/meibomits and at times my eyelid margins feel funny like they are paralyzed, tight or under attack. Is that a common thing? What does it mean exactly? Anyone else experience this?

I have blepharitis/meibomits and at times my eyelid margins feel funny like they are paralyzed, tight or under attack. Is that a common thing? What does it mean exactly? Anyone else experience this?

I have had that weird feeling also when my MGD was at it's worst, my lids felt tight and numb. Not sure what it is, maybe a symptom of inflammation.
