hello, I'm from Brazil I'll try to explain my problem in English, from one month I am having discomfort in my eyes, I do not have any discharge and the biggest problem is that the more blink want more blink, and I can not control blinking is too disturbing I went to this eye doctor and prescribed me Patanol S use 1x a day and Flutinol (ethyl fluormetolona 0.1%) to use the second for 20 days 4x a day, I'm afraid this is a safe use? I take flaxseed oil 1000mg 3x a day, the doctor said I have dry eye and tear I have is poor quality, sorry my english not good

it is almost impossible giving you recommendations or advices without knowing details on your problems!
Presumably you are suffering from a meibomian gland dysfunction.
Did you have a look at your Brazilian ophthalmology Journal for dry eye?
If you are able reading english texts it is no problem, but in portuguese or spanish?

in Brazil is still not much discussed about dry eye, this is "new" here
