Mineral Oil Sensitivity

Hi everyone, I believe I have found the Missing Link in the cause of my
Red skin, on my face, Dry eye Seboric dermatitis of the scalp and face,
Blepharitis, and Meibomian gland dysfunction.

It is all due to my allergy To mineral Oil.

I please Beg everyone in the future to Test for allergies to the Doctor's prescribed Treatment.
The results when I don't use mineral oil on my eyes and the difference is as good as Night and Day.

Mineral Oil=Disease for me

Thank you MGman, which mineral oils were you using? and where? did you get an allergy test?

Mineral oil is actually the best for me. My eyes have been feeling quite good lately and I've just opened my second box of Retaine MGD drops. These combined with my preservative and lanolin-free ointment (containing mineral oil) at night have actually allowed me to forget about my eyes throughout much of the day (and night) which hasn't happened in 9/10 years.

Just another example to show that unfortunately there is no "one size fits all" solution for dry eye disease and it's related conditions.

I can not use MO on my face at all either but thankfully it's great for my eyes (redness has actually diminished as well).
