Hi, im 24 years old, healthy.
i was diagnosed blepharitis before 4 years. i tried everything; Steroids (Who helped but it came back again), ointments, different kind of drops, even Manuka Honey and acupuncture. i usually dont use drops every day because my eyes dont burn. the main problem is aesthetic. i have a kind of "red line" under the eyelid (in both eyes but more on the right). my right eyelid is swollen and red (look at the picture below). i even thought it was demodex and i tried to use tea tree oil products.
every day i use eye wips, soaps and hot compress because i dont want the situation will get worse. my diagnosis includes hard MGD and neovascularization at the border of the eyelid.
im frustrated
needs your help.
has anyone seen anything like this before?
