Meibography photos - can I get your opinion

Hi guys, my right eye is causing me grief. I have had IPL x 6, lipiflow, take Omega 3 etc... anyway, my Meibography photos of my right eye are attached and i wanted your opinion on them, and what i should do next. Would probing be an option?

Seems to me you have a lot of glands and they don't look short neither, but I'm not an expert.
Have they manually expressed your glands? Did anything come out?

Hi, the ones on the bottom look very short to me?? Do you not think?

I would do the probing and then repeat lipiflow every 6 months, because first you have to unblock the glands. You still can save this glands, take action as time is ticking.. good luck!
