White coating in the mouth and MGD

Hi,

I seem to have a white coating in the mouth from quite some time along with MGD. I am thinking they both could be related. Could the white coating be candida? I did the candida spit test and could not decipher the results well. Is there a way it can be medically verified?

Would taking acidophilus tablets help?

Any general MD should be able to diagnose Candida.
