Has anyone found any benefit from sleeping with a mask at night with ocular rosacea and blepharitis/MGD (I have all)? I've read that heat is not good for ocular rosacea, but is good for blepharitis. I didn't know if the mask would provide too much heat at night (from body heat and sweating under mask)...I don't want to make things worse.

If you have MGD with the O.R., warm but not compresses should be helpful. I have tried using tranquil eyes but have not found them to be of much benefit. Many people do, so trial and error is the way to find out.Every day with DES is like a box of chocolates...You never know what you're going to get.
