Greasy Oily Film On Eyes?

My eyes still feel as if they are dry (still in pain) but they also usually feel and look as though they are quite oily. It gets much worse when I've been staring at the computer for a couple hrs, seems as though its building up mainly along the edge of the eyelids. Could be that I'm not blinking enough and spreading the oils over the entire surface of the eye. Has anybody had issues with access oil?

I had punctal plugs put in a few weeks ago, I think this is when I started to notice what I think is access oil. The plug in the right eye fell out probably the same day it was put in.
