Is MGD a forever thing?

Once you have it, will you ALWAYS have it. Does it ever clear up for good? That is, if you keep doing the warm compresses, eye massages, etc. , including Oracea if you have Rosacea like I do, do the glands ever open up for good.

Ocular rosacea and rosacea are chronic conditions. Unless you are a highly atypical case, you will need to manage this condition on an ongoing basis to keep yourself comfortable.
