Everything I've read on this board mentions red grapes b/c of the reservatrol. I've started eating red grapes and I feel it has helped with my MGD. When I've googled red grapes, it mentions they are good for DES. Yesterday I did a search for the best kind of grape juice, and I found a site (can't remember which) that said dark Concord grape juice is the best for this and has reservatrol. So, I want to start drinking grape juice in the morning and now I don't know if I should get red or dark purple grape juice. or does it matter? Anyone know?
