Some type of allergy or reaction after putting Genteal gel

hi,

I have experienced some type of blockage of tears when i put 2 drops of genteal gel in my eyes. It seems more dryness then before.

Is this to be treated with doxy cycline?
or can it be treated with some mild drops like ciprofloxacin?
or should i try Flarex?

Since i think lower dose drops might help in clearing that blockage .

Suggestions and experiences would be welcome .thanks
