I think what I have deduced is that I am experiencing a bout of blepharitis. My eyelids are red and swollen in the mornings and the itching and burning are insane. My eyes are still over tearing but now there is a marked burning sensation in my worst eye (right eye).
I will go back on the doxy today (I was off of it as I had an ear infection and had to be put on a different type of antibiotic) and hope that helps, while keeping up with my compressing and cleaning. I also ordered a bottle of Nizoral as that seemed to help me out too.
