I watched a video on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ozl4w2rwb4s Were the professor states if the patient complains of pain, you can rule out ocular allergies is this the case?

I don’t think it’s that cut and dry. You could have pain from overlapping conditions and not know what’s causing what sensation. In that case, I think allergies can get lost in the mix. I definitely wouldn’t rule anything out without testing. Get the allergy test if you suspect it. Sometime our own gut is a good guide.
