I have mild dry eye and also chronic sinus congestion. I have not determined for sure whether the sinus issues are allergic or infection. If I'm having an allergic reaction to dust or mold, could that lead to dry eye as well? If that's the case, would something like Zyrtec or Claritin provide some relief?
I wonder if just solving the sinus issue would help with the eye stuff too, for example with steroid nasal spray?
