excessive watering and redness in eye

Does anyone get excessive watering for no reason whatsoever and eyes that turn beat red even when not watching tv or being on the computer.. the past 2 days my left eye has been increasingly bad this way and I can't think of why. Even when I am sitting at home doing nothing.. It is just part of dry eyes or sjogrens or the MGD or ocular rosacea????

Any thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated. and also what to do when this happens?? what helps??

Hi,

My mom actually had that same problem and she went to the eye doctor and she actually had a blocked tear duct. Her eye was constantly watering and then it would be red because she was rubbing it from watering all the time. Hopefully this helps you a little bit.
