My ophthalmologist never told me what it was, but often I get a pink patch on the white part of my eye toward the iris. I get this mostly on my left eye but once in a while it will pop up on the right eye as well. It's always in the same spot. What is that? Is it just irritation from being dry? Anyone have anything similar to this?
I know I have eye allergies so maybe this is part of it. I was just wondering mainly if it's linked to ocular Rosacea? I don't think I have it but if it sounds like part of it I want to be armed with appropriate questions for my Dr. when I go back in. Since I was just told I have severe dry eyes, I'm not sure if there's something else to it. I want to rule out any other problems I might have to get this thing sorted out.
