helping families cope

Does anyone know of any good books to read to help me and my family cope with this? i seem to drive them crazy when I am not feeling well.

Don't know of any names but look for titles relating to coping with trauma or loss. I reckon thats what it like to family when they hear of how destroying this condition can be.
