Will continue this discussion later with what type of supplement that I've found from my internet research to be proposed to be most absorbed - and, most absorbed with the brain - and, what types to avoid b/c of low magnesium content, or too much of a laxative action. Magnesium-l-threonate is apparently the best thing since sliced bread, according to some websites - it's up to you to decipher whether it's worth the cost and if the science is there.
