Phone call

So I got a phone call from an old friend someone I went to college with. We were romantically involved together in college. It was a nice call but got me to thinking how much I miss the old days. Thank god I lived it up in college before this dreaded DE hit. He was talking about possibily getting LASIK and I was like hell no. Even though my DE is sjogrens related I have read enough to advise everyone against LASIK. I just pray that the scleral lens helps or that new technology will come along to help us with this. I really miss being on my own and going out.

Good going, Kim. Lasik can and does, as you know from reading on here, cause dry eyes frequently. That was my original induction to dry eyes and diagnosed with Sjogrens 7 years later. Dry eyes suck no matter the cause.
