Does stress make DES worse?

I know it may sound like a ridiculous suggestion, but I do find that when I get particularly stressed my eyes get worse? Has anybody else found this? Maybe it's because I get more tired when stressed, I don't know. Be interested to know what you think though

Yes I believe it does. Stress is not good for our bodies, but for those of us with eye issues it shows up in our eyes. If we suffered with other issues it would show up there to. This is just my take on it.

Over the years, what I've read does concur with this thought. I don't think it's a proven fact, but has been "talked" about often. Even if the eyes aren't more dry or sore, being edgy or ornery can sure make anything FEEL worse.
