Forgive me if someone has already posted about these, but I have been reading threads from people who find ironing and humid environments helps their dry eye.
I have one of these:

Now my dry eye is caused my ocular rosacea with lots of dialated blood vessels on and around my eyelids so although the above does help I have to limit myself.
However, for those post lasik and those without significant telangiectasia the above may prove VERY beneficial.
You can sit with these spraying on you all evening while watching tv/read/surfing the net etc. It lasts for about 15 minutes or so before it needs refilling.
I know you can get larger units which will last longer if you end up loving them!
Anyway, just thought I would share....it is pretty inexpensive and I am sure it will benefit many.
