    not sure if it helps the dryness, but it's good for your eyes and night vision!

    foods rich in vitamin A:

    sweet potato
    carrots
    mango
    spinach (yuk!)
    apricots
    cantaloupe (my favorite! definite thirst quencher in the summer!)
    eggs
    tomatos
    milk (skimmed! )
    broccoli
    green peppers
    oranges

    Yes, vitamin A is good for you and good for your eyes, but childbearing women should limit their intake to 10,000 IU. It can be harmful after that amount...I believe even fatal!
