This is the best site I have found for checking out medications for their possible side effects and drug interactions. Each medication is listed by name and has sections for side effects, interactions and warnings.
Since many, many medications do exacerbate my dry eye, I check this site for any medication that has been prescribed for me.

Note: If the list of side effects does not specifically list "dry eye" but does list "dry mouth," there is a very good chance that for most of us with dry eye that it means that it has the potential to exacerbate dry eye.
Remember, most drug trials would not include subjects with severe dry eye or other serious conditions not related to the medication.
