light sensitivity

I struggle with the lights were I work and wonder if anyone has tried
Gunnars glasses yet ? Per their website, they are for gamers and people who use the computer a lot at work.

I got a pair about four months ago but did'nt find they helped much so they've been in the box ever since... maybe i did'nt give them enough of a try...
