help,menthol feeling for first time and panicing,will it stop

well im a major panicy person and tonite my eyes feel cool and ive looked up the menthol feeling on here and dont really understand what it is.

will this stop????
dont like this feeling and thinking have i got something in them

had dry eye for like 2 years and never had this

please help
