hello,
thought you all might be interested in this fellow's research -- he's looking into ways to target pain - opiate pathways, but without the mind-numbing reactions. Pretty state of the art. It looks like it might take a while, but I think it just gives us hope that folks are out there looking into pain approaches that someday will offer relief without the side effects notorious of most opiate-based medications.
