I had this tear flow test done for the first time today, and they told me I was at 70% normal tear production, and that I have increased tear evaporation (possibly blepharitis). How bad of a situation is this? Like what percentages would you classify a mild/moderate/severe "dry eye" patient under. Im only 20 so id be pretty disappointed if this number continued to drop over the years as my eyes already feel like Atacama Desert when I wake up every morning.
