Okay, I have been thinking that my dry eyes are improving. . . using fewer drops, more tears, better expression of meibomian glands, better vision, feeling better.
So, a couple of times, in the last two weeks, I have noticed that when my eye has teared up just a little, my eyes really sting!! This is such a new experience for me. Since I developed lasik dry eyes ten months ago, crying always brought a level of comfort to my dry feeling eyes.
I am wondering if anyone has any theories as to why natural tears might be stinging?
